EQ autoupdate Map problem

I have 2.0 .net, I installed the 1.0 ver of the map updater. when I launch it I get an error: Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7927e03e). I then click OK, and get another popup box: Application has generated an exception that could not be handled. Process id=0xa34 (2612), Thread id=0x1c8 (456). It give me the option to debug or terminate. Eather option I pick dosent matter I always end with the same result Nothing.

Anyhelp would be great.
