Fonts

I recently started gaming on a large screen television. I'm having some issues with certain fonts being too small and was looking for direction on how to change them. For reference, my chat windows fonts are readable comfortably at 21-22 pt. I have downloaded the Arial font modification from prior to setting things up on the big screen. Are the following options tweakable via uibuilder or text based editing?

1. Quest window and quest helper fonts...would be really nice to have these alot larger.

2. Names above heads...I'd like these to be a bit larger.

3. Chat bubble text and reply bubbles sizes.

4. Tooltip font sizes.

5. Target window font size...group member font size.
