Missing Personabar

My Personabar has been turned off somehow, and I can't figure out how to turn it back on. What is the commant to get this window back. I don't seem to be able to find any info on it. Thank you. I'm sure it's someting very obvious. Hitting P just brings up the regular Persona window. What window was personabar created from?

Open up your Persona window. At the top, you'll find a button with a p on it. This button turns on and off the personabar.
