Fetish Central can't open

I install this UI and all functions is ok.
Only the Fetish Central can't open.

I see the Fetish Central once before i exit game and never see again.
I reinstall game and ui but nouse.
I can use"/open_window Custom.Locator"to open Locator,
but"/open_window Custom.FetishCentral" no see anything.
Maybe it is out the screen?
Can anyone help me how to fix this problem?
