Help to locate interface element

I just can't find which interface element I need to modify so please advice.

When you pass near the mobs or hang mouse over one primary stats are dislayed such as it's level in the circle, it's name and guild. I want to modify this but just can't figure out where is the code for this. Please advice where is the code (which xml and which page).

The file is eq2ui_proxyactor.xml in the ChatBubble - NamePage section. It looks like you can't really control the layout since the game moves those elements around and there are two con appearances. You can change the pieces though.
