Can't drag item box when click on link

Someone links an item in chat.

I click on the item. The items window pops up so I can see the stats. Some of the time, the item's description runs off screen, so I try dragging the window or moving the window. The problem is, the window is not draggable. Right clicking and trying to click on windows options brings up absolutely nothing as well. Is anybody else having this issue, or know a workaround? I'm getting tired of not being able to read item links.

Sounds like it might be locked. There's a button under options (Alt-O) to Unlock All Windows. Might have to go back and re-lock some stuff, but it might sort you out.
