Default XP and AA Slider

Looking for a way to quickly access the XP/AA Slider bar, without haing to load up the character development screen. Is it possible to mod the screen to detach the slider bar so that it floats on my screen somewhere. I'd like to be able to quickly switch exp points beween XP and AA, say at quest completion or where I'm killing a named or the last mob for a writ, without having to hit L to get at the AA slider just to push the exp into AA points. Having the slider detached from the screen wll also let me see th current setting.
I've not been able to locate a mod that currently does this, or a /command that would allow me to create a couple of macros to set the slider at a pre-determined value.

So far I've been unsuccessful at moving the AA slider and its associated numbers out of its native window - it all has dynamic data, so in theory it should be possible - hoping this gets looked at soon, would love to be able to move it.
