Voice chat window and options

I have a personal Voice chat I made and have set for all my toons to join and now some of them can't it shows up on the list when I go to chat options when right clicking on the chat window but not in the chat window itself and I cannot have no JOin button when I select it in the chat options. could this be something wiht drums UI or is it EQ2 client?
