85% Hotbar

Sized like OCD's (39) is the number code, but I can't change it on the 3/4 hotbar mod I like.....sealth bank, no borders.

I found one that I like, but the background is black and cannot be cleared with in game options.

The 3/4 bars are too small IMO.
