Default Location of friends list notes

I play on two machines and I am wondering where the notes made on friends (class, race etc) are stored so I can export between the two? If anyone knows, would be much appreciated.

I believe they are stored server-side like the friend list itself (the notes are just an additional data field SOE stores along with the list). To my knowledge there's no way of exporting and importing the list / notes en-masse.

Not sure about class and race data, but I do remember a "notes" file for each character that only lists the names from your friends list where you have added comments. And the names stay in the list even after you remove them from your friends list. Not near my game folder atm so I can't check for the file name, but it's definitely there somewhere. As lordebon says I don't think it will import/export the friends list, but you might experiment with copying the notes file over to see if it picks up the comments.

Ah, Darq is right. You should have a file named along the lines of Server_Character_eq2_notes.txt for each character that you can copy for the notes, I don't think they're server side now that I've had a chance to check my game computer.

You'll still have to manually add/remove friends, but that should at least help with transferring notes.

You can import and export friends lists now. I think it's /save_friends and /load_friends.
