Hotkey icons too big

Hi all,

I downloaded Laffs bottom UI and am having a problem with the hotkye windows. They are suppsed to be scaled that all 12 hotkeys can fit in one row but on mine they look bigger and so it becomes 2 rows. Is there a way I can shrink down the size of the icons or the hotkey buttons themselves?
