Target bar with health power and level

Here is one layout for the target bar which incorporates the new power and level that is on the test server, it will be ready as soon as the patch goes live this is my larger of the 2 versions(i plan on making a smaller one as well), the health and power bar are aproximately 20% wider than normal.

Here is the smaller version, i think i kinda like it better.
It has the same size target name, a target info width wide enough for really long info names (like Level 50 Shadowknight) and of course the level for the target, plus the percentage for heal and power and the power bar.
