Eq2map/Marketplace Problem

I have eq2 through steam, i recently got eq2map working and loading eq2 properly, but now if i open my eq2 through steam it will not run, says some crap about needing elevated. And when i open it through eq2map i'm not allowed to use my marketplace/station cash/dungeon maker tokens. and suggestions how to fix this, or enable it to allow me to open through steam for when i wanna browse the marketplace?
