Voice overs gone

since i installed this ui ive noticed every NPC that has button windows pop up (ie quest givers) no longer have any voice overs how can i fix this?

You may of just went to a place where there is no voice overs. Because sony removed alot of them and didn't put many of them back in. I kinda don't blame them really. But voice overs become unimportant and sorta a waste of space once you are past level 20.

But I use profit and the VO's work for me, so I'm not sure. Maybe someone else had the same issue.
