Perdition UI Player stuff

I *really* like the Perdition UI player / target / implied target / group window set. It looks AWESOME. I want it, badly.

However, it didn't look the same as his screenshots. Any idea what was happening? I don't know if this is the right thread for it or not, but I would request that that set be put separately, somewhere.
