Trouble with UI Installing

I read the FAQ on how to install it, yet still no new UI. I moved all the folders within the folder i dl. Meaning the Images/Images2/eq2maps folder. (Currently tryin to to install TyeJae Steelv1280.. its the official version of it)
After I unzip the folder, i get a ui.txt which says

Can someone please help me with the whole installing phase... and be as descriptive as possible?

can what is the full path of where you put the files.

No, its not the directory problem. Its the person who zipped it... they werent zipped correctly... so all those files are missing.... cuz i ran a search on the files and none were detected.

btw I got "Laffs alt Perdition Bottom TyeJae" to work... just now im tryin to piece it together so it dont take up a lot of room.
