EQ2 Map Is Not Working In Instance Zones

I have Noticed That EQ2 Map is not working in the instance zones and certain maps. you can see the dots but you cannot click on them or get a way point. i noticed this after the last update SOE put in.

The Main Land maps are working. Is any one else having any issues with the map and instances.
