DDS plugin for Corel Photo-Paint?

I've been trying to search on the web, and also on microsoft, corel and nvidia websites, but can't seem to find any info.. of course it's possible that there isn't one available, but .. does anyone know if there is a plugin for Corel Photo-Paint to support the DDS format? I don't really want to spend the money on Photoshop or even Paint Shop Pro if I can get the same functionality out of a program I already own..
