Ignored files

How can I manually add a file to the Ignored File list? I want to use the Fluffy.DK journal mod, and it used to work. When I updated Profit, it seems to have removed one of the files from the ignore list, and now when I update, it never shows as a file that I can ignore.

When it shows the file as available for update, right-click on it and it'll give you the option to ignore it. You can only ignore it when it's available for update, so if you need to delete that file, run the Profit updater and ignore it, then install the files. You can also check the ignored files list under the Settings menu, that'll list all currently ignored files.
