Info Center

I downloaded Thor ui ... doesn't have the info center. Do I need to download that separately? Also didn't have the hotbar for the night vision? So sorry, haven't played for awhile and reinstalled Thor and didn't see these two windows I remember from before. I'm not too computer savvy so sorry if this is a silly question. I love your ui tho !!
