Reviving TabletsII

I downloaded and attempted to install this UI today. I followed the readme exactly, including renaming the fantasy grey folder to images. I have no other UI mods installed. On start up, after you select your character, finding character, loading game as character, then the loading screen. BUT its an entirely black screen with the EQ2 bar at the top, and both gold banner bars. The loading bar is there, but doesnt fill, and the only text in the window is the "Exit" in the lower left. EQ2 Hangs and stops responding at this point.
