Harvesting skills

It seems as though there is a disconnect between the harvesting skills on the persona window and the chat window that tells you when the skill increases. I have attached a screenshot. As you can see, according to the chat window my skill for foresting just increased to 128 but the persona window shows 133. It seems to be off by 5 for all of them as I am working on getting all skills up. Can anyone else confirm this issue?

The are some items (tinkered harvesting tools) and racial traits that increase your skill. The fact that the #s are green indicates that you have something buffing those skills.

You are using something that is giving you a +5 buff to your foresting skill.
