That Tricky Tier Indicator

Anyone know if theres any way to move the tier indicator (the arrows ^^^) so that it doesn't have to be always above or below the name? I found one way to do it, but then the name and indicator don't show con color or the aggro border. I'd be fine just knowing how to lock the tier indicator in one place (below the name only instead of it moving above the name for ^^^ and below the name for vvv). I'm new to XML and am just trial and erroring around with my UI, but I can't get this figured out. Thanks tons for any help.
