No updates - Vista

Hi,

Since I've bought my new laptop (with Vista) EQ2map won't work anymore. Immediately after launching the program I get the following error message:

According to the FAQ this is related to my firewall settings. Of course I have tried to disable the firewall, but alas, without results.

Other things I have tried so far:

- Disabling UAC
- Disabling antivirus software (Avast)
- Reinstalling eq2map

But, as said before, it's still not working. Any ideas?
