tried everything

Well i have just about tried everything. SOE had me delete some files cause my login character screen was giving me probs. Suffice to say my eq2maps was also effected. I redowloaded it made my new folder and placed eq2map program in there, made sure the .ini file was set too that folder the map program is in and it still doesnt work. I am pretty much lost. Need help. Cykle from the bazzar zerkinmad zerk.

The EQ2Map program downloads the maps. You need to run it after you install it and it will set itself up.

If you mean the updater that loads the maps i have done that. It also seems i can not auto launch eq2 off the updater.

Make sure the paths in Options are right, try to re-set them.
Check if you have 2 eq2 installed, if thats the case this can happen.

Yeah tried that too seems when i deleted the files as soe told me too, i think the automatic updater on eq2 is messed up. I removed the exe file and it never reinstalled it. So now i deleted the whole folder and reinstalling eq2 from launcher. If this dont work i dont know..LOL.
