This is a simple bug fix. But the worldmap is missing the Ro, they add Ro to the worldmap after the LU13.

World map also has the wrong linkages. Tried to fix it right around LU13, but I ran into some issues with the original PSDs. I'll see what I can do about getting both fixed. (Once I go harvest some in Sinking Sands…must find 8 more rare T6 hides hehe

)
