Player window with Health and Mana percents added

I liked the default window how it was, and didn't really mind for the exact numbers so I made this simple modifcation of adding the %'s.

Everything else is default. This is my first time messing with the UIBuilder, or changing the UI myself, so I thought I would start simple.
