Vista issue?

I installed a UI correctly, with the help of some recent posts about vista users. However, the UI isnt showing up in game. My eq2ini file is named correctly and I have all the security stuff set correctly for my Eq2 folder. My new UI is just not showing up in game after install. Any ideas?

The file is eq2.ini -- make sure you have it named correctly (and have extensions for known file types shown). I know you said it was right but it's worth checking
Also, post its contents and say what UI you are trying to install.
