HELP!!!Only 1 Instance can be running.

I installed the eq2 map updater when I click the shortcut icon on the desktop to start the install, it just says only 1 instance of this program can be running..i've tried removing the program from my computer and starting over ...what should i do.

Seems to be one updater running in the background, you could try to restart your computer to fix this .
