Automated Keystroke programs

Hello i was wondering. Me and my friend are having a hit competition for are site's I got 10 bucks riding on this that ill get more hits. And i was wonder if there was a program that would let me Assign an Button to be Repeatedly Pressed Without me actualy Pressing it on the Keyboard. (So i could go afk and still Be hitting f5 to refresh page) Would help a bunch if this was free .....
