Looking for addon that flashes a message when people in raid die

Our dirges need to rez faster. Apparently every dirge out there is somehow content with staring at the raid window or "listening" for people dying sounds, according to their forums. How 1999. ACT audio trigger is bound to be too annoying on wipes. If I was a dirge I'd go insane, or rez slowly and haphazzardly too with approaches like that.

So... is there an addon out there that simply flashes some garbage on screen in location of my choosing whenever someone in raid dies? So poor dirges don't have to stare at the raid-window like watching paint dry and focus on timing their auto-attacks instead?

thanx much in advance. especially if you decide to get adventurous and slap an addon like that together if one already doesn't exist!
