Need new interfaces, exp debt, active buffs, and 3/4th hotbar

I have been having problems with slow zoning. I think that the problem might be my UI mods are out of date.

could somone make these mods for me?
I need the exp debt to be white
a 3/4 size hotbar buttons
and need 1/2 size the active buffs that are up.
