Spell effects icon order? can it be changed?

Need to be able to see Chimes of Blades when its up on my toon so we can share duties on raid.. In the past it always went to the top of the spell effects window but after having to reformat the hard drive the order puts it down towards the bottom.

Using Profit UI Updater version.

Any help if possible would be appreciated. Thanks.

SoE sets the order. Furthermore, past icon 45, the client doesn't expose any of the data to the UI.

Is this about maintained or effects window? Because there's a bottom to top sorted variant for effects which you may have been using before.
