Is it possible to change this file without the updater then reverting the file back to the origional?

splashbkg.dds seems to be in the Default folder (I use Profit UI), when i save my changes and run the game skipping the patcher it's fine and my changes are there, just when I run via the patcher it's repatched to the old file.

If you're wondering why I want to change it, there are 2 imperfections on the image, top right and bottom left, areas of grey and it looks like blue. So I just make these areas black and tidy... I know it's a little thing, but bugs me! lol.

Store the changed file in \UI\ProfitUI\images.
