Removing Parts of a UI

I downloaded a complete UI set but I want to use the original EQ2 display for certain boxes how do I remove the changed one and reinstall the old one just for those parts? Specifically the recipe and tradeskill parts.

I tried doing a search and looking at the FAQ but didn't see what I needed.

just rename or move the respective xml file from your UI-mod folder. The game then loads the default config file instead.
