InfoCenter blank buttons

Does anyone else have a problem with the buttons down the left side of the InfoCenter window? I've installed on 2 machines and neither show the buttons.

The button style is
InfoCenter_Button

If I change it to
/Fetish.ButtonStyles.text_button

then it shows fine.

InfoCenter can be opened by clicking the "?" button on several windows. If I recall correctly they are as follows:

Inventory
Journal
Persona
Guild

Not sure if I enabled this for Recipies and Help.

You can also type /show_window Journal.InfoCenter and set a macro to do this.
