Increasing the width of the Quest Offer/Reward popup window

I'm working on some modifications to make the UI a little easier to read on my TV and wanted to adjust the width of the /Popup.RewardPack window. I have searched the forums for information about this because that window appears to get built at run-time. My first attempt was to simply adjust the window's width. That failed because of internal "MaximumSize" properties. So, I adjusted those, tried again, added about 50 pixels of width. Even though I didn't adjust the "Left" properties of any controls, the quest popup contents actually shifted their left position towards the right (basically leaving an extra 50 pixel gap on the left). I tried to compensate for this by setting the "Left" property of a label to 50 less than its original value, but it didn't seem to have any effect.

So, my questions are: 1) is it even possible to adjust this window's maximum width (or at least allow it to resize), and 2) what are the hard-coded templates in this window.
