Default UI modifications

Is it possible to take the default UI and add these things to them, so that they have the added functionality, but the same appearance as default, more or less?

Percents for hp/power on the group/raid, player, and target/implied windows (just having them on the bars would be fine)
Click to cure (just on the group and player windows)
Reuse timers on the hotbars (In seconds, or minutes and seconds)
Ward/trigger counts on the maintained window

I know there are mods that do this already, but the ones I've seen all change the size and/or look/style of these windows and I'd just like the added features on the original UI. If I've missed mods that do this, please point me to them, if not, would anyone be willing to put something like this together? Or point me at a set of mods that look similar and are about the same size as the default UIs?
