Tradeskill Icons

is there a way to change the tradeskill icons to something that is not so close together I am always pressing the wrong counter cause the icons are almost identical to each other. I tried both of the modified tradeskill icon downloads I found here but they seem to be outdated cause they don't work, the game automaticly redoes them when you boot up the game.

I was thinking something very simple like numbers 1-6 in 6 different colors. would this be possible and if so could someone make it?
