1/2 Size hotkey bar

I know this has probably been posted before, but I will ask again. I would like a 1/2 size version of the Hotkey bar. I am using the 3/4 size on now and it is great, would like it a little smaller though...

On another note, all of you who have made, are making, or will be making UI mods...
