Edit: This is for one of the Prophet-Worldevents, namely the Prophet of Fire. This is nonrepeatable, so someone should try to refine this if they can. I can't go back there...

This zone uses the same ioplan as Maiden's Gulch, so if there a map for that (not sure if there is, been a long time since I've been in there) it could just be emptied of PoIs and copied with the proper instance ID or whatever it is we have now.
