Implied Target issues

I'm working on a target/Implied combo window, (using the target window as the Parent) - and have run into an issue I cant seem to solve,

I've attemped to change out the v1 tier graphic from the default to the text ones in the fetish mods... but now every time the implied window shows - I get ALL of the tier graphics at once, in a big blob... with every mob -

I cant for the life of me get them to show properly - so I'm wondering if this is something I'm doing wrong, or is this one of those "it wont work in that window" sort of things...

anyone have experience combining these 2 windows that can tell me if there's some trick I'm missing ?
