<?> Underwater

Greetings!!

I have done alot of exploring in game. I truly enjoy it, and like finding new things. One thing has come to my attention tho, in all my swimming underwater to fish, I've yet to find a < ? >. If we clear nodes on land enough they randomly pop. How come there are none in the water? We clear fish<nodes>, so shouldn't there be spawns of those elusive < ? > in the water?

I did see ONE <?> Underwater.. it was back on the Isle of Refuge in my first couple hours of play. Now level 27 and I have never seen one since.

So it either was.. or is possible, just seems to be rare.

You can find collectibles underwater on the IoR. They end up being seashells.

I remember seeing ONE in IoR. But, why not in Antonica or Thundering Steppes, etc?
