Need help installing

I need help I wiped my computer and reinstalled OS (vista) I am trying to reinstall the updater but I can not for the life of me find the exe file I cant locate the sony ile to save my life. I have looked for answers but cant seem to find them.

ok I found the file now i get this error message please help

Please read the "READ FIRST: Common Problems (and solutions)" thread stickied in this forum. Your issue is the first one listed; you need to run the program as an administrator.
