Skyshrine
Skyshrine group zone junctions should now zone in the entire group as well as allow 6 man groups.
The Captain Veezaran encounter in the Covenant District instances should work properly now.
The Fragment of Gravitational Potential from the Skyshrine solo instances will now stack.

Withered Lands
Added broker, vendors, and bankers to the Withered Lands.
The crafting stations in the Withered Lands combine camp have been moved into a nearby cave.
Added ROI's for quests in Alivan.


QUESTS
Withered Lands
Soldiers should no longer be hailable after they are healed if you are on the quest "Lost Soldiers".


TRADESKILLS
Tradeskill level has been increased to 92.


ITEMS
Increased values of defensive stats on POW tank gear.
