Resizing Hotbar

While Beta Testing i tried a number of different Hotbar layouts...

4 5 6
7 8 9

1 2 3 4 5 6
7 8 9 0 - =

etc, etc

now i personally use the number key pad as my hotbank in EQ Live and while the resizing of the hotbar is a nice way to represent this onscreen my ownly dislike is the direction it numbers it. i know i could remap the keys in reverse order but this still leaves me with the overlaid writing reading wrong.

so i ask you (the UI experts) is it possible to change the orientation of the hotkeys to the following

0 - =
7 8 9
4 5 6
1 2 3

?

for reference my hotbar in EQ2 will be as follows
