POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Withered Lands
Withered Lands named are 100% more charm proof.


ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCMENT
Mystic
Multi-Attack Mastery is now a 30:1 conversion.

Assassin
Final Blow now increases the value of Fatal Followup's contributed damage by 30% per rank.
Bloodsoaked Frenzy now triggers off of any attacks. The trigger chance has been increased to 8 times per minute at rank 3, and the damage has been doubled.
Bleedout now inflicts damage every second.
Murderous Intent is now 10% per rank and clears the reuse of Assassinate.
Bloody Assault now grants Quick Strike a 10% chance per rank to finish the reuse of Shadow Step.
Bloody Assassin is now a 30:1 conversion.

Ranger
Unleash Chaos is now a 10% chance per rank.
Ranger's Assault now triggers from Explosive Arrow and has a 25% chance per rank.
Bombardier is now a 30:1 conversion.
Hidden Assault is now properly modified by Killing Spree.

Brigand
Quick Hands is now a 30:1 conversion.
Forced Concussion is now 8% per rank.
Brute Force now grants a 10% chance per rank for Puncture to clear the reuse of Strongarm.
Strongarm now counts as a melee attack and properly advances Dance of Metal.

Swashbuckler
Spinning Flurry is now a 10 meter radius and 8 max targets.
Blademaster is now a 5:1 conversion.
Bladespinner is now a 2.5% chance per rank for Dashing Swathe to have its reuse finished when using combat arts. It also has a 5% chance per rank for the reuse to be finished on Lucky Gambit.
Pinpoint Puncture also applies 40 attack speed to the swashbuckler.

Dirge
Bladescreech is now a 30:1 conversion.

Troubador
Songweaver is now a 30:1 conversion.

Monk
Sturdy Provoker now is 3.5% chance per rank when the monk attacks.
Tranquil Power is now 12:1 Crit Bonus to Potency.
Dragon's Fury is now 25% per rank.
Serene Motions now improves the damage of the modified abilities by 25% per rank.
Dragon's Roar now does 20% more damage and adds 4 updates instead of 2.

Bruiser
Deep Blows now adds two hits instead of three.
Hateful Defiance is now 12:1 Potency to Crit Bonus.
Bruising Power is now a 30:1 conversion.
Vicious Combination deals double the damage it used to.

Shadowknight
Death and Destruction is now 20% per rank.
Soulsucking Faith is now 2% per rank and resets Blood Siphon.
Chaos Knight now converts to Crit Bonus.
Shadow Wall is now 12:1 Crit Bonus to Potency.

Paladin
Arbiter of Justice now grants 2.5 weapon damage bonus per rank and ability.
Smite Infidel is now four triggers but the effect only hits one time rather than two.
Divine Wall is now 12:1 Crit Bonus to Potency.
Holy Alacrity is now 5% per rank.

Berserker
Rampager is now 20% per rank.
Anger Management is now and Critical Rage is now a 12:1 Potency to Crit Bonus conversion.

Guardian
Blade Crusher is now a 30:1 conversion.
Stalwart Wall is now a 12:1 Potency to Crit Bonus conversion.


TRADESKILLS
Level 91 and 92 essential and advanced recipe books have been renamed.


ITEMS
Increased the variety of procs on Plane of War equipment.


QUESTS
Marked Strange Motivations, The Second You Observe Something, Repellant, and No One Left Behind as repeatable.
Commander Selgrat should no longer repeat her dialog after quest complete.
