New Online SVG Map Creator

I finished up writing an online log parser that reads logs and creates the svg for you, since alot of people didnt want to install perl or use the command line utility.
Log into eq2interface and then go to it on the eq2map website and click trhe "Online Log to SVG Creator" on the left. then browse to your log file and just click start generation. after your log file has finished uploading it will provide you with a temporary link (good for at least 24 hours) to download your svg file.

I mainly wrote this to make map creation easier to hopefully get more people making maps, and also because it was fun to write.
