UI Skinning issue

Hello, I have just downloaded and 'tried' to set up this amazing skin. I love it and will deal with the issue for as long as possible, but...this is the issue. I am posting a screenshot with the problem and direct link to the Skin I used for it. Maybe one of you guys can help me out?

NOTE: That is the ONLY problem with the entire skin. All the other buttons/faces work perfectly. Just the Character screen is having some issues.
