Error attempting to d/l icons_exp03_rgn_butcherblock.xml

I received the following error when running the map updater today:

File: icons_exp03_rgn_butcherblock.xml

I really don't have any other information to attach to this at this point. I am merely posting for reference in case other get the same error.
